For online classes: we require 24 hours notice in order to receive a full refund or credit to your account for a future class.  No refunds or credits will be issued with less than 24 hours notice.

For in-person classes (single class or multi-day camps):  cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of the registered series or class to receive credit for the entire series or class; we are not able to offer partial cancellations or makeup classes for individual sick days that are missed.

 

PLEASE NOTE: NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR JUNIOR FARMERS CAMP AT STRONG FARM.  CANCELLATION NOTICE MUST BE RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP TO RECEIVE A REFUND.  NO PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS OR MAKEUP CLASSES.

Account credits expire 6 months from the date of your request.
